i have a class 9 record with motor vech. the best
you can get and never been pulled for a dui or
anything to say the least and people caught
driving drunk 3 times have a better chance than i
do of getting it back if that makes anysense at
all, as economics deepen the chance leaving the
matter a mystery governor candidate he has filed
but where the heck is he

The Boston Globe Hard times preceded builder's

2004 SANDWICH -- For years, he was one of the
busiest builders in the area, a respected
44-year-old businessman who had built a dozen
houses in the Canterbury Estates subdivision on the
Cape side of the Bourne Bridge.But in recent
months, Daniel J. Prunty had fallen on hard
financial times, according to legal records. In
addition, police began making frequent visits to
his house in Sandwich, law enforcement officials
said yesterday.On Saturday, the police visited him
again, this time leaving with Prunty in custody and
charging him with assault and battery with a
dangerous weapon in connection with the fatal
shooting of Jason F. Wells, 23, of Hyannis,
according to the Barnstable district attorney's office.
Prunty, who pleaded not guilty at his arraignment
Monday in Barnstable District Court, remained in
custody yesterday at the Barnstable County Jail,
held in lieu of $500,000 bail. His lawyer, Stephen
Neyman of Boston, did not return telephone messages
yesterday.
The investigation into the shooting is continuing,
and no decision had been made yesterday as to
whether to file murder charges in the case, said
Michael O'Keefe, the Barnstable district attorney.
"There will be no public comment unless we know all
the facts and circumstances," said O'Keefe, adding
that he is awaiting a report from the state medical
examiner's office and the results of forensic tests
on a .22-caliber rifle found at the scene.
Roseanne P. Prunty, 45, who was divorced from
Daniel Prunty in 2001, said in an interview that
her husband had "hooked up with the wrong crowd" in
recent months and that he had taken the divorce,
which followed the death of his mother, "very hard."
Roseanne Prunty, who attended the arraignment on
Monday in what she described as a show of support,
said authorities had stated in court that a dispute
between her former husband and Wells was over a
ring that had belonged to Prunty's mother that was
missing from Prunty's house.
"It had great sentimental value to him," she said.
Witnesses told police that Daniel Prunty had held a
gun to Wells's head and demanded that he return the
ring, according to statements made at the
arraignment, Roseanne Prunty said.
Whatever happened at his home on Saturday, Prunty
"did not pull the trigger," she said.
She said she heard that Daniel Prunty was "trying
to help" Wells by giving him odd jobs around the
house, which includes a built-in pool and a
Jacuzzi, and that Prunty had allowed Wells to
invite some friends to the house, as well.
Last year, Wells was sentenced to two months in the
Barnstable House of Correction after a conviction
for check forgery, according to court records cited
by a senior law enforcement official who spoke on
condition that his name not be used.
In recent weeks, groups of young people had
frequently visited the house, sometimes staying
only a few minutes, sometimes for hours, said
Cheryl Collins, Prunty's neighbor.
"About three hours before it all happened, I talked
to Dan, and he was apologizing about the police
showing up all the time, saying he had someone
staying with him who was on parole," Collins said.
"Over the months, you kind of saw the
self-destruction in Dan.
"You would see his pickup parked there in his
driveway all the time, and the only time he went
out was like at 10 p.m.," Collins said. "I know he
has met with a few hardships in recent years."
Sandwich Police Chief Michael Miller confirmed that
police had been dispatched to Prunty's house in
recent months, but said officers had not conducted
ongoing surveillance there before the shooting.
Roseanne Prunty said her former husband had been
experiencing financial problems, adding that his
troubles were "no more than anyone sometimes faces,
running their own business."
At the time of his divorce, Prunty owned three
houses, two in Sandwich and one in Falmouth,
according to records on file in probate court.
But two of the properties have recently been
subjected to foreclosure orders for repayment of
mortgages totaling $445,000, according to records
on file with the Registry of Deeds. The most recent
notice of foreclosure was recorded at the Registry
of Deeds on July 5.
Roseanne Prunty lives in a house in the Canterbury
Estates subdivision and has remained in close
contact with her former husband while raising their
9-year-old. A second, older child lives out of state.
"He has a heart of gold," she said. "We, his
children and his family, stand behind him 100
percent. Innocent until proven guilty, and we
believe he is innocent."

so wahts comming from the district court they never
got the rapest even though they had one but was a
mistake wrong person it was performed and was said
at trail but there was no male parts involved and
sound like the second wife who stated she caught
the person in probate just prior to it,and then i
was arrested 4 times by police after that sandwich
2 times,mashpee,barnstable related to the fact of
the vacate order by jusge roberts it all refers to
the state of massachusetts employee's,and mrs white
her lawyer has friends in district she shares the
same office with cape human service who distrcit
sends people for anger management and dui what im
saying is the people who are suppose to protect us
are hard core criminals for cash to cape human
services payouts cash.

time and wonder what its all about i know
somethings where wrong but it appears even bigger
maybe something related as well like a mixed crime
multi crimers or even governorship or even
presidentship this is where all the traces in law
came to as a master in law and even further i was
shut down economic wise either it was a plan to
make everyone look poor by force i never
experienced such matters all i know is i was rich
twice and im not know but could be again but the
licence driving is the big bite and banks siezed
its like im completely shut down but see other
people as well beyond me and wonder what its all
about.that was the goverment massachusetts some
people that shut me down but also did so illegaly
some people will be issued warrants as im governor
if i make it 2010 and will produce on live tv the
evidence its going to be a field day for the media
because i know im right in some matters
